📆 Livorify 30-Day Return Policy (Livorify is the branch of supplement hub)

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it
Unworn or unused, with tags
In the original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
Please do not return any items without prior approval.

📦 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us right away at hussainiftkhar569@gmail.com so we can make it right.

If the item was damaged during shipping, you may also file a claim with USPS, as all shipments are protected under trade assurance and shipping coverage.

🚫 Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

🔁 Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the new product once your return is approved.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days—no reason required.

To qualify, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition
With tags and original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved:

You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company
